  • Sense Licenses are interchangeable between 32 bit and 64 bit Operating Systems allowing seemless migration if a future need arises: Read Why 64 bit Sense?
  • On Migration between 32 bit and 64 bit Sense Installations, fully uninstall Sense and any Sense plugin installations first.
  • Other Requirements: Microsoft .NET Version 2.0. (Apart from Windows XP, .NET is normally pre-installed with the Operating System).
  • Recommendation: When working with Cloud based Sense files, real time syncing should be switched off.

Plugin Installation Instructions


  • Plugin x32 / x64 Link Choice: Ensure Plugin Installations match your Sense x32 or x64 Installation choice.
  • Download : Click the Link associated to your 32 or 64 bit choice and follow the instructions to download your installation setup file.
  • Installation: All installations must be to the same folder using the same User account as your Sense installation.
    • Open the download folder and double click the Installation (exe) file or alternatively, browse to the file via the Start Menu Run dialog and select OK. Follow the instructions. In the event that the Setup File does not execute, see the Security Note.

Occasionally, local machine internet security settings may block downloaded files from execution without user approval: for some machines no approval message may be displayed so, subject to your discretion, right-click on the setup file, select Properties and select the Unblock button if shown within the General tab.
